Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. Your card and address details are ALWAYS encrypted until we download them to our computer. If you are shopping fromUK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds sterling or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling UK - All items are sent by ANC 24 hour delivery. Orders placed before 9.00am can be dispatched that day, for delivery the next day. Otherwise the order is dispatched the next day, for delivery the day after. If we are out of stock we can obtain missing items within 24 hrs and then we can dispatch the full order. Items that are in short supply or discontinued will be cancelled from the order. We do not charge your credit card until the items are ready to be sent. Overseas - We wil send you an email outlining the delivery charge and time. For some countries we will require a faxed copy of the front and back of your credit card.

Delivery Schedule International orders are generally received in under 21 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock you will need to re-order. Our stock availability is very high, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control items are out of stock.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. Orders from elsewhere are VAT free.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption on your own PC. Your card details are not sent unencrypted over the internet at any time. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All items are fully guaranteed. Any problems should be emailed to enquiries@petz.co.uk, stating exactly the problem. We will allow a refund or exchange to suit you. This does not effect your satutory rights.
